Canon MP258 Error Codes and How to Overcome It:
MP258 Error Code there are two types of codes, namely:
1. Reply using the first letter P, eg, P07
2. Reply using the first letter E, for example E05
P Canon MP258 Error Codes:
P02 (Carriage error)
Solution:
1. Ensure that no foreign objects stuck in the printer roll.
2. Clean and check the encoder, may be subject to splashes of ink.
P03 (Line feed error)
Cause: Disk Timing dirty / damaged.
Solution:
1. Checks timing sensor disc on the left printer
2. Checks and clean boardnya.
P05 (ASF sensor error)
Cause: The paper detection sensors Canon MP258 Error.
Solution:
Try replacing one of the following parts:
• ASF / PE sensor unit.
• Motor.
• Board Printer Canon MP258.
P06 (Internal temperature error):
Causes: Excessive heat inside the printer that Canon MP258.
Solution:

P07 (Ink absorber full):

E14 and E15: Canon MP258 Cartridge is not installed properly.
Solution: Take the cartridge, then plug it again
E13 and E16: Ink has run out / cartridge reset request.

Press the STOP / Reset for 5-15 seconds until the LED displays the waiting process.
